Deanna Quinn

Deanna is a graduate of Loyola College in Baltimore Maryland with a Bachelors of Science in Finance at the Loyola School of Business and Management. She continues to stay up to date on the changing world of real estate appraising with continual training by successfully completing courses such as “Relocation Appraisal is Different”, “Appraising FHA Today”, “Appraising the Oddball”, “Environmental Issues for Appraisers” and most recently “2014-2015 7-hour National USPAP Update Course”. Her specialties include residential, FHA and relocation appraisals.

In 1993 Deanna began at the GMAC Mortgage Corporation in Towson, Maryland where she obtained knowledge of mortgages through daily operation, research of LUSK and public records and administering the integration of seasoned files.

Deanna then moved on to Harford Appraisals, Inc., in Fallston, Maryland to specialize in certified residential appraisals as an appraiser. She maintained clientele satisfaction with quality appraisals and sustained appraisal requirements through continuing education. Deanna became proficient in the use of competitive equipment and the implementation of regulations specified by FHA.

She has had over 20 years of professional experience in appraising real estate and is passionate about her part in the process of people achieving their dreams of home ownership.
